This site is hosted on SiteGround and uses Cloudflare for performance and security. Both may collect standard server and network logs as part of their infrastructure operations.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and your request will be honored within a reasonable timeframe. Transactional communications related to an active engagement (such as project updates and invoices) are not subject to marketing opt-out.

4. Third-Party Services

This site and its operations use a limited number of third-party services. Each has its own privacy practices:

  • Calendly — Used for scheduling strategy calls. Information entered into Calendly is subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.
  • Campaign Monitor — Used to manage email lists and send communications. Subject to Campaign Monitor's Privacy Policy.
  • SiteGround — Website hosting provider. May log standard access data per their infrastructure operations.
  • Cloudflare — Used for CDN, performance, and security. May process traffic data as part of its service.
  • Google Fonts — Used for typography. Font requests are made to Google's servers and subject to Google's data practices.

No advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics platforms are used on this site.

Reasonable technical measures are in place to protect information from unauthorized access, including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting infrastructure, and limited access to stored data.
